Jana Murshidi is more than a platform; it’s a living bridge. As a flagship initiative of JANA, we’re formalizing a decade of organic connection. We believe that the right advice at the right moment is the ultimate catalyst for success.

Jana-Murshidi (literally: "My Mentor") is a flagship initiative under the Jordanian Alumni of North America (JANA) — a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been building bridges across continents since 2015.

Born from JANA’s belief that mentorship transforms lives, Jana-Murshidi formalizes what our network has been doing organically for years: connecting young Jordanians with the right people at the right moment in their journey.

Our mentors are not just experts in their fields. They are Jordanians who have walked the path before — through North American universities, international labs, multinational companies, and leading institutions worldwide.They volunteer their time to support fellow Jordanians in achieving their goals and expanding their professional connections in their respective fields.
